We ask that guests treat our home with the care they would their own, please remove shoes while inside and smoke only on the patio (receptacle provided). House Rules include NO parties, loud groups, unregistered guests/visitors, or smoking indoors. Our Villa and neighborhood are best suited for quiet, relaxing getaways. We have a friendly dog onsite that we occasionally let out in the backyard. Ani is still a little shy/skittish but is warming up to guests more every day. Although we try to keep the noise level non-existent, you may hear the pitter patter of dog feet above you on occasion.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Our villa is tucked away in a peaceful nook of a quiet neighborhood, far from the busy streets and city lights. Look up at night and see ALL the stars! We especially enjoy the nature that surrounds us and it is common for deer to roam around the property. The view of Mt. Rainer on a clear day is absolutely incredible and all the comforts of the harbor, Tacoma, Point Defiance and Seattle are just a short drive away.
Guest Access
Guest's have plenty of parking in the lot across the street. Access to the Villa is a private entrance on the right side of the garage, just through the backyard gate. Guests are welcome to enjoy all levels of the entertainment decks, and outdoor firepit area in addition to their private seating areas and outdoor spa tub.

A car to get down to the harbor is easiest, there is free public parking and the area is very walkable with lots to see and do. Sunrise beach is just a short walk/ bicycle ride from the villa, and you may even be greeted by the harbor seals upon arrival!
